Y.Concept Apartments is a company specialized in boutique local accommodation, which perfects the small details to make your stay unique. A home away from home.

How long ago was Y.Concept Apartments born?

The concept was born on the 6th of July 2015.

Where are the Y.Concept Apartments located?

Our Boutiques are located in Setúbal and Palmela. Soon we will open others in various parts of the region.

Are you kid friendly?

Yes, we are. Also let us know the age and gender of your little one and we will bring toys or anything you might need (baby cribs and chairs)

Is it possible to take our pet with us to your apartment?

Yes, we love animals, just let us know.

Do you accept private parties or birthday parties?

We are sorry but out of respect for the rest of other guests, we do not accept.

Is the wi-fi free?

Yes, we provide for the guests to have all the comforts of home, away from home.

Are towels and linen included in the price?

Yes, the final price already includes that.

Coffee available?

Yes and also tea and cakes.

It´s our first time in Setúbal, what to expect?

Setúbal is a very riendly city. Our apartments are located in old town just 2 m walking from the city center, in a way that you can find everything close by: ferry to Troia, fish and typical restaurants, famous markets, historical places, bars, clubs, beaches, etc… Its also true that Setúbal is the capital of a large district and where you can find in a 20km radius other amazing places to see (Azeitão, Palmela, Alcochete, Sesimbra)

How does check-in work?

We do in-person and non-face-to-face check-ins (with access via safe and key)

What is your check-in and check-out time?

Every day from 14:00, with check-out until 11:00.

I need to have a early/late check-in/out

Depends on our availability and cleanings. Either way, send us an email or message and we’ll look at each order on a case-by-case basis (other fees may apply)

There is free parking on your premises?

Yes, free public parking is usually available just a few minutes from the apartments.

What are your rates?

You must call or send us an email/whatsapp to always receive the best quotes at a higher discount than booking sites.

Do all your apartments have a terrace?

Only 3 apartments have a Terrace. (Y.Marítimo, Y.Bocage and Y.Dom Manuel)

What is your smoking policy?

Although we do not accept it, we always provide an ashtray to avoid damage and garbage.

Do you have a washing machine?

Not at the moment. The only one with this ability is Y.Arrábida Boutique.

Are there common spaces in your apartments?

No, all apartments are individual.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Yes, all apartments have air conditioning that makes cold and hot air.

How big are your beds?

All our beds are Queen-Size (200×160)

Refund Policy

Our rate is non-refundable, in case of cancellation the accommodation will not issue a refund. In certain exceptional cases, you may issue a voucher for a future date (with the customer’s booking deadline of 1 year from the original booking) the prices listed may vary from the original booking and as such will be hits.


In the Y.MARÍTIMO apartment in the Y.QUEBEDO – Boutique Apartments building, the use of the terrace is private and exclusive to this apartment.

I want to do a surprise, can you help?

Offcourse we can. If it is a special day for you it is a special day for us. Just tell us the ocasion and we will think of the rest.

Can I book directly through you?

Offcourse you can, and we will do a special discount if you do that. It will beat any 3rd booking party price. Just book on our website or if you desire email us or call us.

Whats the best way to move around town?

We advise if you are staying in the Baixa area to move by foot, to visit other cities there are buses and trains, to the beach there is a direct bus that will take you there. But if you need a car we have a partnership with AVIS rent-a-car. Email us for a quote as it will be our pleasure to help you.

Can you recommend places to go or to eat?

We at Y try our best to keep updated with the best local places, activities and events. We will leave a guide specially designed for you.

How do i pay you?

Via the website or if you desire cash upon arrival. We will provide the receipt via email as we are a green friendly company.

I have an emergency, who do i call?

We hope it never comes to that but we are always prepared. Our apartments are fitted with fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire blankets and we leave information on the portuguese direct hotline in case of an emergency. In case you need our number is 24h always available for you.

What does your logo mean?

Our logo is a mixture of a keyhole with a question mark, this is due to our mission which is focalized in WHY should you come to us? And the answer is because we care, because we will go the extra mile, because we will treat you in a personalized way depending on your needs. We prime in communication with our guests and making their stay an unforgettable one.
