Y.GASTRONÓMICO

It exists in the wonderful viewpoint of Quebedo, near the historical center of Setúbal and only a few minutes away from the ferry to Troy, the Apartments of Concept Y (why).
There are 3 apartments with all the comforts and comforts of home.

THE SPACE
The Y concept was born from the desire to offer our customers everything they have in a hotel but also to include all the comforts they can have at home without having to pay extra for it and thus saving money.

On the first floor: Y.Gastronomico, with its rustic decoration and its warm and attractive colours, where wood and cork are present.

All apartments can accommodate 2/3 people, with comfortable double beds and a sofa bed; in all apartments, you will find an Italian design kitchen by Arno, with glass ceramic stove, a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer, 32 inch TV, WIFI and air conditioning.
All linen, towels and kitchen utensils are included, as is the cleaning of the apartment which can be booked with our friendly staff.

GUEST ACCESS
The apartments are located in a historic building just a few meters from the train station and the ferry to Tróia. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away and the nearest airport is Portela, about 35 km away.

Setubal has beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants. Ask us for tips and you won’t be disappointed.
