We were there in summer 2022. Unfortunately, what we thought we were booking was not what we found. Apartment is advertised with pictures of a large terrace with a wide view and barbecue. But we didn't have a terrace. When booking, a living room and a bedroom with a sofa bed will be shown. However, there is no separate bedroom, just one room (living room with kitchenette) with a 2m partition behind which the bed is. To the right and left of the partition it is open, there are no doors to close and no windows either. So you can't really call it a separate room.Particularly bold: Immediately after booking, I received a confirmation email saying that I should note that we cannot use the terrace, but that it is only for other apartments.I immediately asked to cancel as it was not what I expected and what I knew was what I had booked. But cancellation should cost 100% of the price. That was the day after the booking and still in January, so the landlord would have suffered virtually no damage.We tried to talk to the landlord several times but he was adamant.
I stayed in the room on the ground floor and it was impeccable. Everything clean, very well decorated. The kitchen is complete. They offer coffee capsules and cupcakes. The room is in a central area. Many restaurants and supermarkets/minimarkets.
Nice apartment within walking distance of shops, museums, restaurants and hospital.
Excellent place, very organized and well located. We really liked it, especially because it has a barbecue available and is a place where you can light it without disturbing anyone. Which is rare. I highly recommend
did a first experience first at other Y apartments and then the owner asked if i wanted to move to this one...loved the location and the decor. Amazing

It is a flirtatious building with several apartments. Ours, the very good gastronomic equipped with everything you need. Comfortable and nice. Very close to the attractions of the city. Pedro very friendly and attentive, welcomed us personally and suggested and recommended several places to visit and several restaurants in the city.
We had good flat, a cozy & comfortable one, had no problems with reservation and parking nearby. So can recommend it. The only thing to notice, air conditioner didn't work well
